Friends of the woods
Alban and François are both professionals, experts in oenological oak. Although passionate about the technicality of their professions, they love above all to share and transmit their culture of wood in the service of wine aging. For several years now, they have been giving conferences on the theme "How wood dresses wines and spirits" to oenologists, distillers, and their friends who love drinking well.
Meeting the aromas
Aromas of vanilla, coconut and toast are the most classic when it comes to describing the woodiness of a wine, notes of graphite, celery and clove require more originality and mastery. Intended for both amateurs and professionals, the Goût du Temps experience offers to carry out your own aging workshop, of a wine or a spirit, to better master its complexity.
