Tasting of wooded wines - Bordeaux (Darwin)

Why do we put our wine in barrels?

This is a question that we can ask ourselves. With our workshop, better than making you understand, we make you taste.

The tasting takes place at the microwinery in Darwin and lasts 1 hour.

The tasting lasts one hour and includes :

- Wine & Wood Quiz & Theoretical presentation on wood in wine;

- Guided tasting workshop of 6 wines (2cl) => it is the same wine in the 6 bottles. The only thing that changes is the wood more or less heated or the type of wood used;

- Blending your favorite wine;

A minimum of 2 people is required for the tasting to take place. Maximum 12 people.

OPTION: Pairing Macarons (chocolate/wood) for 10 euros!
